Description

Time for a new design... I've half a mind to redraw this when I get the chance because its arms are bugging me so much... plus, the scanner merrily eradicated all traces of wing detail. Grrr... :[

The name's derived from the words dracular and serac, a sharp ridge of ice commonly found in glacier crevices.

Sketched with a 0.3 mechanical pencil, inked with a 0.1 drawing pen, coloured with regular colouring pencils. Background added with Microsoft Paint. Comments welcome! :)

Seracula’s wings, fangs and arms are made from transparent shards of ice, making brittle yet almost impossible to find in snowy areas.
This sinister bat-like creature loves nothing more than to sink its teeth into an unsuspecting prey’s neck and – you guessed it – suck their blood. Seracula’s victims don’t turn into vampires, though... they just die from quick-onset hypothermia. O_o''

Hypothermia?!?! lol that is awesome, though this pokemon needs to stay away from my neck! I might even go as far as to send it into outer space where it can have all the ice, and quite it wants xD.

I really enjoy this pokemon. I think it would be cool to run into a swarm of these little guys! lol keep up the good work ^^

Nope, that's it. Seracula's most powerful attack is Ice Fang. I don't know why I gave it such a small move set... seemed right at the time. Maybe I should extend it...

Maybe because on some subconsious level, you have an evolved form for it? Who knows?

It's certainly a possibility... sometimes Pokemon designs I've submitted months ago end up getting evolutions drawn for them.
