Well, first, the bags under her eyes are very noticable, so I recomend making them alittle smaller. Then her hair. To me it looks like it's glued together in pieces. maybe instead of inked lines her hair. Use different shades of pink, maybe add some highlights too. I hope this helps.

agreed. I am still yet to get around drawing female faces. I normally draw the male figure because of soldiers etc.
