Prepare yourselves. Shey is about to go off on a rant.
...........
I'M MAD.
I'M REALLY VERY UPSET.
This picture is based off the events that occurred in the book New Moon. Basically, what happened was, Edward dumped Bella because he was afraid that he'd accidentally EAT HER. He was rather cruel about it, pretending as if he didn't really care that he was, without any warning whatsoever, moving his entire family far, far away from Forks. But that's not what's bothering me. True, Edward could've been a little gentler, but since I don't support EdwardBella anyway, it doesn't matter too much to me. What's bothering me is the way Bella reacted to this.
Okay, how long, exactly, had they been together until this happened? Six months, if that? Since I REALLY DON'T feel like going back to check, we'll just say they'd been together for six months, and anyone who knows the real answer can come and correct me. The point is, they really hadn't been together for very long at all. And, after Edward left, Bella was virtually lifeless for FOUR MONTHS STRAIGHT. Lifeless, you know. Not showing any interest in anything. Tired all the time. Okay, yeah, I get it. Breakups are hard. You're sad for a while, you get together with some girlfriends and eat ice cream to feel better, and then you get OVER it. That's how it goes. Maybe, maybe, if you've been MARRIED to the man for a matter of YEARS, then you could go and act like a zombie when he leaves you, but these two have only been together for a matter of months. So I can't help but find Bella dependent, which isn't a good thing in my book.
BUT THEN. BUT THEN. BUT THEN, after certain events caused them to meet up again (of course. How else could Stephanie Meyer have written two other books about them?) do you think she might be a little bit angry at him for, in a way, killing her? Just a tiny bit upset, even for only a little while? AH NO. No, no, no. The thought of being angry at the PERFECTION that is Edward never crosses Bella's mind. So as soon as she flings herself against him to save his life, she basically never lets go.
So, back to the picture/comic. THIS is what would have happened if I wrote the Twilight series. This is why I should never write a romance novel. For those of you who are all like "WTF what about the part with Edward trying to commit suicide???" Listen. After all that is over, Edward tells Bella that, if there hadn't been the whole misunderstanding with Bella supposedly being dead, he would have come back to Forks so he could beg her to take him back because he wasn't happy without her. So, this picture is Edward, back in Forks, running into Bella and immediately showering her with hugs and kisses and apologies. Unforgiving little betch that I am, I would have Bella turn him away... at least until he groveled to her a LOT more. At LEAST.
...Phew.
It's just that she's so ADDICTED to him, that's what bothers me! (You thought I was finished, LOL.) She's clingy! She doesn't like for him to go anywhere without her! AND, by the end of the first book, she doesn't have any DOUBT that she wants to become a vampire so she can be with him forever, thereby leaving her family and friends behind and confining herself to a life (of sorts) in which she has to hide what she is. And she decides this after knowing him for... MAYBE one school year. If that. One school year with him, and she wants to throw everything away so she can spend an eternal undead existence with her ONE. TRUE. LOVE. It just... doesn't sound right to me. Not to mention the fact that Edward is a stalker who used to secretly watch Bella as she slept. 0_o
...Okay. NOW I'm done. Time to apologize for the overall bad quality of the picture. I lost patience with it halfway through, so I rushed it. I'm not too terribly attached to this picture anyway, it being EdwardBella and all.
Well, all you Anti-Twilight fans out there, enjoy.

Honestly I have to agree with you here. especially sense he left her knowing she could be attacked by other vampires. I mean come on ed! Your 50 times her age! you don't have the right to act like a stupid teenager! I don't hate Edward. I just think he was an idiot. And i get Bella but if it were me i would have dropped him.

WOO FOR ANTI-TWILIGHTERS!! I don't even want to use the words now... however... the word 'twilight' is so pretty cool. SCREW YOU!
Anyways... yeah, my perspective of vampires is that they're MONSTERS!! GRAWELDMKVFUISDSIL!*<-random monster noise*
I bought this drawing-oriented magazine the last Con I went.. It has info on vampires, SHOWIN 'EM AS GOOD OL' DAMNED BEASTLY CREATURES. Maybe I'm gonna draw one to show you.
HOWEVER I prefer werewolves.. sorry, I'm on the other side lol
and I don't care if this contains spoilers.. because I'm not planning to watch the movie ANY DAY. Woohoo for freedom!
BTW.. what does break away exactly mean? (sorry for my ignorance but.. heh, native-spanish-talker lol)

Twilight IS a cool word. I am ready to admit this. Still, though, whenever I hear it I think of the books, so I don't like it as much as I used to. D>
And YES. Vampires are carnivorous terrifying MONSTERS who are meant to SCARE you, not beautiful sparkling magical sex beasts who wants to marry you. D:
And I prefer werewolves too. But the "werewolves" in Twilight aren't true werewolves, because they can choose when they transform. Real werewolves don't have any control over that, if I'm not mistaken.
And LOL, it's okay. ^^ Here, break away means to dissolve your relationship with someone you don't want to have anything to do with anymore, thereby breaking away from them. I hope that clears things up. :)

You didn't read it? Aw. I spent so long writing it. :[
XD LOL it's okay, you don't have to read it. I can just sum it up in five words: I do NOT like Twilight.
AND OH MY GOD I KNOW. Dracula wasn't just a freaking vampire... he was THE FREAKING VAMPIRE. He had fangs and he could turn into a BAT, man! HE WAS. THE ORIGINAL BATMAN.

Oh, you watched the one with Marc Warren? I watched a Dracula movie once, but I can't remember who was Dracula. Also I can't remember what happened... I think some girl kinda was posessed and... IDFK.
OH WAIT. I did watch a really old Dracula movie before, it was in black-and-white. I thought that was pretty cool. :)

It was SO MUCH FUN! LOL, I had to find my way by taking pictures of the path ahead of me with my camera, and then looking at the picture to see where to go XD Someday I have to go back to Ireland just to explore those caves more ^^
Biology was a cool class! One of my favorite Science courses, that's for sure. :3 My least favorite Science would have to be Chemistry... ugh... *shudder*

Indeed, these type of girl-dependent-of-guy or even the other way around can get sentimental and pathetic too quick. Either it is too unrealistic, or it is just so hard to sympathize with a character that has put it all on herself.
You should WRITE a romance. A YAOI one (Ah! There's the catch!) to compensate for reading such reluctant romance!
