I like the shading, and I love the tattered jacket, it feels very Spawn like. =P One thing to work on a bit, Dark Value. the darkest value in the piece is like a mid-tone dark. Darken up the shadows a bit and you'll start giving more perception of depth.

Over though, good piece of work.=]
