There is a story behind this from when I originally drew it... and the statement still stands. I myself am a bisexual liberal Quaker. Yes, I draw furries and I draw them kissing. 
 
Someone told me I "undignified" my "furry art isn't porn" statement by saying that. 
 
So here's my response. I was rather upset that someone was that narrow-minded. I don't start flame wars, you see. I make valid points. :3 
 
So enjoy the sentiment of Joaquin the bisexual raccoon, who has never been involved in yiffing and who kissed someone on the cheek once. Heaven forbid, eh? ;3

You are my fucking hero. XDDD Seriously, I think only 20% of the internet, maybe less, believes furry art is never always pornographic. I'm an anthro artist and I used to get crap from people all the time for drawing not only Sonic characters and OC's, but Anthro characters as well. Sometimes I still do. >> And it is...unbelievable, stupidly unbelievable, to me how people can be so shallow and refuse to believe furry art has some sort of purpose to it other than pornography. Some people just like drawing it, like me.

And regardless of one's sexuality, I believe, like every form of art, it is a way of expressing oneself in however one sees fit. You've shown that in a DIGNIFIED, artistic manner, so kudos to that.

I absolutely can't stand people who can't get it through their thick heads that not all things furry are related to sexual interaction! I absolutely love your artwork (though I am tending more towards to your artwork of Chance Furlong). you are a magnificent artist, and it is your choice to be whatever you want. People shouldn't make a fuss over the decisions of someone else. It's not their life and they have no right to be condescending.

As for your comic, I loved it. The character was downright adorable, and you intelligently tried to pass a point that is true beyond reason. Massive props to ya'!! keep up the exceptional work.

Haha, this was adorable! You made an excellent point and didn't erupt into a flaming volcano of swears and insults (like I would)! Bisexuals rock, in truth I'm still kind of sorting out my whole sexual orientation, I love guys (the gorgeous, fictional ones anyway), but I think girls are pretty cute too. Meh. I'll find out more about myself sooner or later. :D Great job, cute and informative! I love it!
