Those neck piercings...look like they hurt. A LOT. Who is this character? She looks like she is having the time of her life over there! I adore the creepy almost maniac pose- the fact you drew her looking somewhere else really strays from the generic looking ahead at the viewer! Somehow, she is making that straight jacket seem like a fashion sense. She could be The Joker's second cousin twice removed. I heard insanity and mental problems run in the family. xD
