Hey, he does kinda look like a ninja turtle. But I like it anyway. My fav characters of the ninja turtles was shredder. He had a cape.

Sorry, but I just had to say this... He reminds me of this one scene in a movie called My Neighbor Totoro where a little girl is waiting for a bus in the rain. ^^;; Either that, or Chihiro in Spirited Away.

Anyway, it's nice, you should color it. However, I much prefer your anime Dib. =3
