Hmmm...Well you got a WHILE to go, after Fausts first apperance...he dosent show up agian till around episoid 40 O.o (im a little fuzzy one exactly what episoid, but i know its around there) and within the couple of episoids since his reaprence, he gets Elizas soul back and her spirit becomes his oversoul, and not just her skeleton.(thanks to Anna) A few episoids later, Eliza first uses Mephisto E (I know i spelled that wrong) 
 
 
But im pretty sure that in yohs first battle with Faust,he animates Elizas skeleton so you can see what she acctually looks like, also shes in flashbacks in the same episoid when faust tells Yoh why hes in the shaman fight. ..But im not sure if any of this gets cut in the Dub or not...Iv never seen and english episoid of shaman king yet.. 
 
...But you got a LONNNG way till you'll be seeign Faustie again ^^;;
