I agree with karito, it does look professional. The Hair is awesome.The shading for the eyes are great. Yet, you need to add subtle shadows, with the same careful gradiation used for the eyes, to the clothes and hair bows were there should be shadows. Other than that the picture is very stylistic ^^!

Although the the scan is a bit bright, its still beautiful! i like her hair and the shines on it, and the details are so wonderful even if its bright i can still see it! Fantastic! mitsuki looks so cute :3 !
