Oog. I have the WORST luck with stuff like that....The very first mmanga i bought was # 4, and then i could have bought a funnny DVD, but i bought the one with hughes dying....T.T *grumbles under breath*

when he died, i didn't know who he was so i didn't pay attention...somehow, though, i knew his name. but, i now am obsessed w/hughes' death, and have a spider named after him...i know, im weird. Bu the part i did see, was when Elysia was saying "why are they burying daddy? How's he gonna wake up and go to work?" and i watched that episode in japanese, but i couldn't cry.;.; and, i have a song tht is sung by huhes and elysia, and at the end, Elysia says "Daddy, I love you!" It's the only part of the ssong i can understand (it's in japanese)

oh yeah and FMA is angsty because a woman wrote it and we all know us women's love to write angsty stuff every now and then! haha

her names Elicia toki ^.^ and it won't be for quite sometime before they find out about Hughes death they canceled the show until fall anyways but yeah much funny stuff happens when people from Shin come looking for the Philosophers stone and barry the chopper falls in love with Riza (mustang don't like that haha) we get to see Bannya again and Kayal and the miners, and the greatest Homonculi of all is gonna show up soon Greed ::sighs:: Greed was sooo cool. But yeah they don't find out about the death until way into the series when they have to go back to Central to find some "stuff" out.

*sniff* *grabs a tissue* I saw that episode and it made me cry when she started yelling for him to wake up!!... so so sad... *sniff* And he was such a cool character too. I wonder when Ed and Al will find out about him.

yeah when i first witnessed Hughes death back when i was reading the book i screamed and slammed my fist into a desk saying "no way!" and tears just streamed from my eyes while i read elicia's and roy's part the manga version was much more emotional. check out the picture of mustang i drew when i first read about his death.
