The bubbles are brushes taken from kaykaykit.deviantart.com (where you can also find the water tutorial I used *.*)

I can just imagine her swimming! The water is brilliant and I love it. The colors are so pretty. I wish I could draw like you!

I love how you've shown the movement of her hair under the water, and her expression and pose are cute. The colours are really nice too, I adore the shading. Very nicely done!
