well, it started off only as a sketch of Neji sitting in a tub. 
I just imagined someting funny, and I couldn't help but chibi my thoughts. 
which were basicaly: just how much CAN Neji see? and that he should have been able to predict the outcome earlier. 
so here's a bit of fanservice for the girls. It also alowed me to practice human bodies a bit more 
drawn in Open Canvas 
 
and if any of you don't think it's funny? too bad, I think it is.^_^
