This is really good, in fact its great!

The inclusion of the copyright info is the touch that does it for me here. It's great.
I also really like the angle of the image here of the game board. The up-close angled view sorta gives it a sense of action or the viewer some involvement in the game currently in play. It's dynamic, and I think very much like an effective marketing ad image.

My professor felt the exact same way. The original render of this was zoomed out a bit farther, and was less dynamic, and he suggested something like this instead. Clearly it worked much better, and it ended out finding a place in one of our display cases, he liked the end result so much. So you've got a good eye. :D

If you read the description, you'd see that only 6 hours went into this. :P Now, some other things I've done have a lot more time put into them.

11 weeks. Most of it was in the final weeks though. The last week I woke up at 9 A.M. and worked until 2 A.M.

Don't feel bad though. This came out good. It's one of my prof's favourites too, he even hung it in the display. And it's still there, several months later.
