It definitely loks like er, and you even got the right highlights in her hair. Her nose scares me a bit, but that's just me I don't think it has annything to do with yur drawing. i was taught that if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all, so i won't get into my thoughts on hilary duff as a person or artist, but this picture is very good, and very realistic. much better than what i could draw!
Your work, I can't comment on. It surpasses me on every level as an artist. If more people drew like you I would lay down my pencil and walk away from the hobby forever. Luckily most of the drawings here were drawn by incoherent five year olds on methanphetamines, so I shall soldier on.

Hilary duff sucks my nuts but ur talent has brought her to such an unbelivable bueaty i congrad u on this wonderful picture but the reason i hate her is cuz he sucks at acting and signing and the only reason she made it with singing is cuz she was an actor and she quit with disney cuz they wouldnt giv her more money isntr that stupid dog greedy what a whore but i love how u made it wen i first saw this picture i literally feel back in my chair good job ^.^

I despise Hilary Duff but this picture is great. ( I hate her because I can't stand the ways she sings or how she thinks she can rock.) But again it is a very good picture from a VERY good artist.
You are really good at drawing realistic pictures but i feel that the nose and mouth is somewhat unnatural...nose a tad too straight (noses are usually a rounded at the sides of the nostrils)and lips unnaturally wide( just narrating the feelings i get when i look at the picture).
no offense to hilary or her fans or to you...sorry but i do not know hilary duff or how she looks. Maybe she looks this way in the first place?

This is really pretty. It looks just like her. I wish I could draw realistic. I always try, but I end up having to turn them anime or manga. A lot of people can really draw, but you are definately one of the best at realistic pictures.

Anyway, as for this pic, it's truly excellent. I've tried at realism, and it's so difficult. >.< I can't do it that well... I adore her hair, as it really does insinuate her very light blonde hair...Love the smirk she has goin' there. ;-) Yup, that's Ms. Duff alright...gorgeous...simply gorgeous...the shading is very well done. This is a true piece of work, even if a portrait...rightly so. Very high quality. Awesome job. XD
Wow. This is absolutely amazing! This is not only recognizable as Hilary, but looks *exactly* like her! And to be able to have a black and white drawing that actually shows that one's hair is blonde is.. just wow!
The eyes look excellent, as do the eyebrows, and the nose is so perfect...its-its STAGGERING! The lips look so realistic, and the gentle smile lines have done well to fit upon the realism of it all. I think this gives me grounds to *fave this*! Great job!!!!
