While finally developing a backstory for Rayne in my fics, I decided on her family actually knowing Vin. Rayne gets a kick out of him overall, and probably loved bugging him when she was younger... called him "Uncle Vin".

He sort of pseudo took care of her after the death of her parents. This is from before her parents died, though. Rayne was the pipe-dream kid, who always told everyone that it would be all right very soon. Very soon...

Quirks: Vin overall. I cannot draw Vin. Oh, can I ever not draw Vin. Nobody ever told me that psycho spazzoid scientists were that ridiculously hard to draw! Blargh! Even so, Rayne at least looks okay, but I don't like her pose.

Vin is c/o Naughty Dog and Sony. Rayne is c/o me.

Don't worry, Vin looks fine. I could tell who he was in a glance, and it's better than I've ever drawn. XDD ((I can't draw Vin, I don't even try.))

This drawing is awesome! You're definitely one of my favorite artists and authors! 'Beholden to Nothing' is astounding! And don't say that you can't draw Vin, because you can! Exceptionally well, I might add! Amd Rayne is great, definitely one of my favorite characters in that fic, but when are you going to update it? I'm DYING to see Lucia! She seems so damn cool (and she likes Erol! YAY FOR EROL)! I'm so jealous of your skills when it comes to writing and drawing! My artwork isn't very good, and my fanfictions are filled to the brim with OOCness. Luckily, I'm an excellent cook and am able to create a wide variety of delicious desserts (gee, I'm modest, aren't I? ^.~)! So, as a token of my appreciation to your fantastic works, I shall give you a cake! *gives you a strawberry mocha meringue cake* I HOPE YOU LIKE!
