Ok, a little something I wanted to do...
I really respect all the artists that draw Zim in other styles (not close to Vasquez) and even artists that invent many pairings; so it is not an offence to you, no way...
But I personally fear when Zim is drawn as an anime boy and when somebody draws him holding hands with Dib and looking at him with tenderness...
Sure every artist needs to be creative and put in fanart something of his own, unique...but there must be some reasonable limits! At least that's my opinion!
I don't think that people who develope Zim in anime style and who develope pairings really get the point of the show. The point is in the "ugliness" of the original style and rivalry of the main characters. They can't love each other when they are to be enemies. OK, they may have some sympathy for the energy of the opponent, but they would never NEVER show this to each other, because showing this means showing the weakness. They even can't notice that hidden sympathy (if it only is - I don't think it is) themselves!

YES!!!! Finally! The original style should stick with all the pictures! ZADR is a sickening horrid thing, and I HATE IT TO BITS!!!!!!!!!!! It's really a turn-off for IZ fans. CARTOONS ARE CARTOONS! NOT ANIME!!!!

I like when people make anime drawings of Invader Zim when they actually look good but I also love originalatity so this comic really speaks to me. Espeically when I'm disgusted with ZADR. (shudders) I hate yoai. > ( Does these mean you don't like Bleedman and the guy who made powerpuff z? 'Cause I like them.

heh I rather fancy ZADR and i'll admit i've drawn it in other styles, though those styles are pretty similer to the original.

But I can't down on your opinion because I hate starting fights even if it stings when people call me disgusting or a freak.

Either way I sort of agree with this picture, nice work.

I agree ^^ I like drawing invader zim anime style (mostly because it's easier) but original is the way to go ^^

Dude I get exactly what your saying. Its hard to look at the IZ section anymore. The original style of the show, just how twisted it is...you..really dont see that anymore. Thus making me sad. I fell in love with that style because of how nightmarish is was. But the anime..meh..some of it is REALLY good because it still has that IZ-ish style to it, well some of it does. And the rest makes my kidneys fail.

ANYWAYS. Before I type another 23 paragraphs on my views. I just wanna say that this is great, your point was well made and this is fav worthy. THUS I FAVE IT.

Dude, Invader Zim should totally be drawn in Invader zim or at least close to Jhonen's style. I'm with you 100% on this one.

While I try hard to draw Zim and Dib and Gir in my anime style and keep it's Zimmy-ness, I agree with you kind of~ Especially on ZADR. >.<
