This pic IS VERY good... It IS similar to the magna carta style, but there's a few slight differences. The style and technique is obviously the same, but the Basics are way different. For example, the proportions in THIS pic are (save for her "womanly" features) correct.
I really like the bare-leg and feet portion. They're very hard to master, and size correctly.
most picture like this are drawn lightly and scanned, no shade, then completely photo shoped over right, its all photo shop, and if i believe so its incredibly hard to do. i always wonder why anime people have greasy chrome skin and over sized anatomy, o_o, as i said before, how is she staying in the air.....

prettygood i'd say because i don't know anything on how to use photoshop etc, but the character awfully reminds me of MAGNA CARTA the girl with the yellow dress. lool anyway good job!
