well, it won't make any sense if you don't have Pait.NET... >_> lol but, you use the 'magic want' and click on the part you want that effect to fill up. then you go up to the 'effects' panel, and go to... distort, and click on 'tile reflection' and, viola! XD

yeah i have paint and i did what you said but i meant how did you get the railfence background? XD
