its good, i like the expression on the face.
if you want some aspects to improve on...err... i suggest perhaps making his arm a bit longer, if you look at peoples arms, you will notice that they come down to about half way down their thighs. The face shape is really good and the fur is well done, especially the hair on his chin. If indeed this took you about 8 minutes and you used no reference, this is a very good picture. There, i am on a mission to try and give helpful comments, i hope this did help anyway, keep drawing, you have some potential here.
