I guess it doesn't really look like him, but I was watching pokemon *has no idea why* and I saw his eye and I REALLY wanted to draw it, so I opened up paint and drew and then I added skin and hair. Yes, his eye IS acctually green. I don't know, I just like how it came out! ^-^
