Tales of Legendia? don't know it :( which is a shame because this character looks like all kinds of cool. Nice perspective, I can't do that! Buut... you have used a cloud filter for a background. Bad! Don't do it again! XD Paint some clouds or random brush stroke thingies, it will look awesome.
