this is my new OC named Isobel.
she's completely blind but can see ghosts and spirits, and also uses ice/wind magic.
she actually doesn't have a scythe. i just added it. XD
her outfit is actually a lot different than this as well.

You Know..When You were Talking About her..i tought to myself..i bet she has white hair and White Eyes ...And OMG! I was right :D!!! xD...But this is Soooo Beautiful ~!!! .3. I love the Way that You Drew Her And the Pose :D.. The Background Is Freakin Awesome ~...it Suits her very Well .3.
