My first - and very likely last - fanart for the 'Song of the Lioness' series by Tamora Pierce. I have just started to read the series, I'm currently reading book two (but I already know that Alanna ends up with George at the end of book four). I must admit that when she bedded Jonathan, I felt the whole thing lost its magic. I wanted her to shag George only, because only George deserves it. Now I think she doesn't deserve George. Alanna, you little tramp, Jonathan is an arrogant jerk compared to George... *shakes head in disbelief*.
Anyway, I wanted to draw a George pic (cause he's my fav character, he's über-cool, almost as cool as Nathaniel, Artemis or Harry), and I thought 'oh well, I might draw Alanna too even if I'm not really fond of her...' So there. George and Alanna romancing. Probably takes place after the end of book four. *shrugs*

Yes, she DO sleep with George in book three, when she is ''hiding'' from Jonathan after a fight.I liked her romance with Jonathan, just never as much as her and George!!
(I actually don't like the name George, 'cause I read the books in danish and there his name is Gergi)

Mrs. Pierce wanted Alanna to marry Jon, but Alanna said, "No way!" Great pic. Very realistic. The folds in her shirt are a bit off though.

cool! yeah i no, i really hate jonathan. goerge is da best! i reckon jon is arrogant and demanding, and goerge is so cute!!!! and he luvs her like a precious thing, not like some one night stand, like jon does to alanna wen he flirts wid the court ladies. ARGH. i hate jon. go goerge! u really did a really good pic of them. and on the side, too! this is awesome!
