I'm currently trying to revamp 76% of all of my sonic characters (I believe that's 10-15 old characters)
And this is one of them.

I want to say something, but I don't know what to say. I'm not sure, but are those supposed to wings on the side drawing? The horns look a lot like ears, because in the first drawing they are poking strait out, but in the next picture they are going strait back. Also they kind of take the shape of ears. Well, it looks like it is still in the sketchy stage of development, so I thought I'd just point out what I've noticed at this point. Yes they are supposed to be wings... I went half @$$ on those and the cloak.They are supposed to be horns, but I also went half @$$ on the details on those as well~
I was trying to go for a slight dip in the horns.
Because of that I focused on how they would look instead of how they would be positioned in a 3d manner~
...Mmmm they could work as ears couldn't they?
