Let's start off with, HIEI IS MY FAVORITE DUDE OF YYH! ^^; M'kay and any one who draws him is good with me. First things are first.<br />You really shouldn't block up muscles like that, most animes don't (but here it's sexy @-@ ::drooling.::). <br />

Your shading is good and basicly I can't really find anything really wrong with it. Maybe you should try lighting it (do you have a computer program that will do that?) up a bit, so that we can't see the first body marks (as I call them).<br />
