Back to homework...but dangit, some of my homework is freakin' fun. <333

My final project for shoujo anime is going to be a fake manga series, but since I royally fail at actually drawing comics I just did a fake cover/splash page something. I will also be doing character bios later. Bah.

They don't have names yet, but they are siblings. Top one is the brother and he's older, bottom one is the sister (...I can't draw girls, okay...?) and is younger. She had been sick for a long time, and then fell into a comatose state for about a month. During that time, her brother (who'd been basically her only company while she was sick) died in a car accident. Yay for angst. So...she goes back to school and is invariably put through a lot of crap with rumors that she stole her brother's life/soul...blah. She doesn't believe them till one day she starts hearing a voice in her head and learns that maybe she never knew her brother at all.

I don't read shoujo that often, so I don't know if it'll work, but I'm rather fond of it.

Psst! Allison! The secret to drawing girls.. is to not square the chin like a guy's. And MAYBE narrow the shoulders a little, depending.
None the less... FRICKIN' GORGEOUS! So pretty<3 I really like the paper effect of the white of the brother's hair. Sorta wish you did it with the rest just cause it's so pretty but that totally doesn't matter cause it's already pretty <3
It makes me wanna learn to use photoshop... ::feels inspired::

Bah, I suppose that's true. Once again I am taught by Minekura...::looking at Yaone pictures::

I experimented with having the paper effect over the whole picture, but it was so over powering that I ended up isolating certain areas.

Gooddddd Photoshop is evil. D: But good luck, nonetheless~~

Thanks~ I figured shoujo style didn't really combine with my more messy style so...the clean one again. In which I abuse filters!

As for the story? Er...it was just kinda' a proposal for this class project but I DO like it, so I might do more with it. Hm...

Thank you~ I reaaaaally want to get better with Photoshop. Such an amazing program that I abuse terrible. XD
