Yes she holds minor time powers, she can speed it up, slow it down or full on reverse someone elses timeline, but not travel through it or reverse death after their time residue runs out which only takes about three minutes.
Her wings are also suppose to be rips in time!

Reversing someone else's timeline kinda sounds major to me, but I guess part of that depends on what "reverse" means and how creative she is in doing it! :) And I guess if she can't travel, at least she can't do direct event-interference after the fact.

it can be pretty major but in turn it gets one hell of a handicap, for every physical reversal the mental reversal is multiplied twice, say you 'healed' an hour of wounds who ever was wounded would lose two hours of memory so it effectively becomes do you save they're body and run the risk of severe memory loss essentially killing the person you knew to give them a second chance or do you chance losing them entirely?

Eesh. Yeah. I can see that. I guess that makes for some pretty serious emotional drama.
