Love the soft shading on the longer part of her hair. The waterfall bit could use some work, but I'm really not sure how to do water, so I can't help you, I'm afraid. =/The only thing I can see that's really off is that the part of her just above the water is juft white. If that's intentional then I'm sorry, but it looks strange. She looks good overall, though. ^__^ Nice picture!
