This took a while and the face still looks like crap. My scanner hasnt worked for the past three weeks and ive had a serious righting block but ow well please comment.^-^

Looks really pretty. ^^ Belldandy's skull seems to be a little flat though, make sure you draw in a whole head before adding hair, it helps keep it shaped properly. :) Otherwise, good picture! :)
