This is another OC, Chiharu Chan. She is Harumi's best friend, and they are from the same elf tribe. Chiharu means 'springtime morining', which generally means very happy and bright, especially in the morning. But that is opposite of this characters personality. ^.^ Hope yeh like. I know, she is a bit emo! >.<
