This is actually Sailor Moon. I drew her in the form I wished she looked like. The coloring didn't turn out as I had hoped though. Just as long as you think it is pretty good or you like it than I am fine...

its not half bad acctually, the only thing i recomend working on is her legs but i love the idea for the coloring and everything. good job
