From The Darkness

Whew! Getting busy with the pictures!
 
This is yet another project born from DesCom. Decided to post it. This is one of my favorite pictures to have come out in a very, very long time. :) I really enjoyed making it, and for once something came out exactly as I imagined it.
 
I especially enjoy how the feather came out. I wasn't sure how it was going to look when it was actually on screen, but I think it turned out well. I had major problems with the eye, but I finally decided on this version (which tends to creep me out the most, haha.)
 
Also, just to answer the question before it arises, you may be wondering why the mouth is... Well, yellow. I was going for a different effect. The dragon is inhaling a breath after a roar, in is preparing to breathe fire out of the darkness. Which is why it looks slightly lit up. =D
