Back again with the second in the series.

Awww. Poor Hiccup. Why won't Astrid notice him and hold his hand? With such a wonderful sunsest, how could she? X3

For the records, I'm totally not a Hiccup X Astrid fan. But I am trying to stay as true to the series as possible. I tried stylized water because realistic water seemed out of place.

I really really like your coloring! How the sky is colored, the water, the rock, toothless, and the shading is really good!

Hiccup is super ADORABLE. Love his hand X3

What is that think in the sky? a shooting star?

The only thing that a little weird is you can't see Astrid's Legs/Feet but besides that it looks great!

Thank you. The hand took me a while. It was like half way through the line art when I realized you can't see thumbs from the backside. So I had to start over. LOL.

The thing is in the sky is a diluted sunbeam since it's far away. Hiccup is sitting with his legs crossed where as Astrid is more girly and has them curled up in front of her which is why you can't see 'em.

LOL! well Hands are HAARD... I couldn't draw a hand like that if I tried... well maybe if I tried... BUT IT WOULD LOOK STUPID.

OH! of course it was a sunbeam... I'm kinda fail some times .... =3='

*fav* What a unique way of coloring! It almost looks like pastels and diluted acrylics, but I know it is PS! I personally thought Astrid's character needed to be developed more in the story, but either way, she is an interesting character! P;

Beautiful use of warm colors for sunset! It really looks like romantic sunset warm love right here! -And there is a love angel statue in the water? :PPP LOL best place to put it- right in the middle of the water right?

I agree. I also really like Astrid. I am not really a fan of how she treats Hiccup, but I assume that will change someday. Haha.
