Another one for the Meme.
I did the background as well this time unlike the others because my friend wanted a coloring tutorial. So I walked them through how I was doing everything. There is actually more to the background behind the dragon. Also went for a more cartoony look on him. The blue and teal spines are actually featherlike. Go figure!
