Skeleton warrior(unfinished)

Description

Here is a drawing I started in january but never got around to finishing due to lack of time and a gradual loss of interest. Although I do really like it, and it is one of my best drawings, I don't think this one will ever get finished. Also, try to overlook the roughness, my scanner butchered this one up pretty badly. Tell me what you think.

How'd you do the sort of "spotty" shading on the horns and armor? You know the shading between the darks and the lights?

and i think that is very good and i have a tip i think the left eye needs a little work

well if you really wanna know i think this might just be your best drawing but all artist drawings art there best to a certain distinct like for example i don't like drawing others work but using it as reference to get an idea flowing but some occasion ill do "fan art" but most of the time on something i like this drawing looks like you were bored and just wanted to test your skills and it came out great by the way did this come strait out your head?

Yes, I always draw from my head, there are just a few exceptions. I usually find copying to be boring so I never really do it. I just get better by doodling alot in class.
