hehe... Kawaii! I like how her hair is blonde and poofy. Her outfit is pretty nice and her eyes are lovely ^^ I like your choice of colors! Some ppl use BLACK and RED for all of their characters and it's annoying to me ^^' She looks very pretty though ^^
