HIYA! >.< hmmmmmm..... well it could be that your file sizes are to big, if it's a scan or whatever than you need to save it as a JPEG (.JPG) so your size will be smaller. Does this help???? SORRY I'm not that good with computers but I'll help anyway I can (you are my BIGGEST fan after all! ^.^)
