Well, Bakura is trapped in the Millennium Ring and the darkness are ripping away his tomb robberness... Leaving him as the Bakura we know.
Not as good as I wnated but it's ok.
The scars on his arms are from many failed suicides, he couldn't die in there so they didn't eork, much to his grief.
