Nameless revamped Aquamancer

Attemtping to re-draw/re-design an older character/drawing of mine, just to see how much I had improved since then. Well, it was a deffinate success for me. And I really like how much better he turned out than the older one. He's nameless because I named him when I submitted my older one a long time ago but deleted it later. So for now I'm still thinking of a name that would go with him. But he's basically like my Pyromancer Lee character, except this guy uses water instead of fire. (Dances with water) is the basic name translation. I'm annoyed with how much his outfit reminds me of Inuyash'as cloth of the fire-rat outfit, so later on when I re-draw I may thin the outfit.
