The clothes I really don't have anything to complain about. But for some advice, your skull reference from the from, you still need to the crest of the skull, just after the tips of his hair. And to seperate the his bangs from the rest of his hair, you can make a small line of white (where you don't shade in). ^^ Hope I am some help.
