I do not own pokemon but I do own the charachter depicted
This is paul, I had to draw him after I realized people would call him a girl in the other picture he appears in because he has his back turned. Any who I know he dose not look all that pokemonie in style but still... I am still working out some of his details so he is kind of unfinished.
I don't generally do OC's because I am just not creative like that so enjoy, I'll color him and divulge the rest of his details at somepoint in the future.
