Welcome home

Cortana ran to Thel, wrapping her arms around his neck. Tears began to fill in her eyes.
She looked into his eyes, as hers were still filling with tears. Thel smiled, relieved to see Cortana unharmed.
She moved in closer and rested her head on his chest, tears streaming down her face.
"Welcome home, Arbiter." she said, her voice slightly shaking. Thel smiled. "Thank you for helping me come home."
Meanwhile, Rtas 'Vadum stood underneath the Scarab he drove, watching Thel 'Vadam in jealousy.
"Hmph. Lucky." he mumbled. Then, Terrence Hood walks up to Rtas. "What's going on?" Hood asked curiously, his face showing no sign of worry. Rtas pointed, then Hood followed his finger to the moment happening before him, and just lost it.
"CORTANA! GET YOUR BUTT BACK ON THE SHIP THIS INSTANT! THAT'S AN ORDER! CORTANAAAAA!"
*growls* Why does the Arbiter always get the cute girls? Rtas thought.
The End.

This was a lot of fun to make. I traced the "PohatuXGali sketch" by Nikira, then free-handed the rest. I also traced the Scarab in the background, using the actual picture as a base for the tracing. Rtas 'Vadum(Half-Jaw) and Terrence Hood were free-handed.

Love the detail I added to Thel's helmet.
Gah, it was so hard to find a decent picture of Cortana so I could draw in the markings on her back.
