oooh yay more runescape art to comment on! this is really cute, love the pose and the face. Dragon hide can be really hard to draw, good job. Only thing I could suggest is when pixeling, make the shading more subtle... do 3 or 4 different layers of colour instead of 4. Apart from that love it though! Check out my runescape art ^.~
