This Character is based on me and on Naruto outfits (i guess)
Bakuha Hinote is Japanese for Blast Fire i didn't want to steal some other anime characters name so i looked for many English to Japanese translation sights and cross refrenced the words "blast" and "fire" and came up with "bakuha" and "hinote" that best fit with my user name the best.
