It's RainbowStar! I accually came up with him over a year ago. The jpg format killed it! He's saying, "Oi, is there something wronger with yer head!?!" he has an Irish accent. Yeah... He can change his size, but most of the time he's either this size or about the size of a Golden retriever. And the little red and rainbow things on his back are wings. And I'm not good at drawing rainbow colored things on paint, so I just gave up. yeah...
