ABOUT THE FESTIVAL:
Alright, since you guys dont really know the storyline yet, I'll clue you in.

Noreana, the capitol of Fujita, the fire continent, is just north of a large mountain, where hundreds of dragons come to nest each year. The smoke festival is thrown three days after the first dragon arrives. The smoke changes colors each year, from blue, to red, to green, to gold. Legend has it that on a 'Gold' year, a light dragon will emerge and join the humans in their celebration. Of course, its just a myth.
Anyway. There are lots of lanturns and stuff...
