I'm the_ramen_noodle. To me, the design is okay for a fan character, and here's why without trying to offend. First off, the green streaks in her hair. They don't look natural. Also, she's Amy's sister right? Why doesn't she have any different facial features? I'd reccomend experimenting with different head shapes and features(not drastically different, just slightly). Keep in mind to use facial features that fit the character's personality. For example, you already know that a mean person usually wouldn't have big eyes. So, I'm not trying to be mean, I just want you to skim through this (because it is lengthy) and next time have a drawing of Cassandra that will blow you away. That's all. And good luck on your comic.
