Lovely, though Geralt isn't just video game character - he originally appeared in novels written by Andrzej Sapkowski between 1986 and 2013 https://pt.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wied%C5%BAmin . The first video game about Geralt was made in 2007, long after publishing the first novels and The Witcher Saga.

There has also been made a movie in 2001 https://pt.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wied%C5%BAmin_(filme)
