My Process: Joker

Description

My friend wanted to see the steps i take when i do my digital work. Basically this is for him, but i decided to post it for any one who was interested in knowing as well. Its not really detailed cuz i forgot to save some of my steps before the end result.

I'm glad you like the end result. I'm like you, I like the sketchy stuff. I like buying artists sketchbooks just to see what their rough pencil work. It kind of gives you a glimpse of what they are thinking as they draw.

O_O What an amazing process!! XDXD OMG!!! OMG!!! So you make the rough sketch traditionally, when you do it on the computer? That's great!! XDXDXD You're such a a great artist! O.o WITH AWESOME HANDWRITING TOO!

Yeah my rough sketch is usually in pencil and paper. I just like the feeling of hands on art. When in comes to my line art, i guess it depends on how messy and dark my rough sketch is in. If its pretty light then I'll just ink it with a marker and erase it afterwards. In this case it was pretty dark and so I went with digital inking.

Oh and thanks for the compliment on my hand writing. Thats something I've never got before.
