Evil Teletubbies - Dipsy

It’s Evil Dipsy, sort of a companion for the Evil Laa Laa, I suppose. The background wasn’t meant to be quite so orange, but that’s how it looked when it got scanned.

The gun was based on a weapon from Team 17’s WORMS game for PlayStation and Game Boy, there’s a link in the ‘reference’ section under here with the image. The worm on the right is the one you want.

The Teletubby was done in dry watercolour pencils, the gun and ammo belt were done in metallic pen, although that doesn’t show up too well, and the cigarette smoke was just plain HB pencil. Feel free to leave a comment if you want. :)
